Welcome to RS Driving Training Center. By enrolling in our training programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment & Attendance

• All trainees must arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled training session.
• If a trainee is late, the training session will not be extended.
• Absences must be informed in advance. Failure to attend a session without notice may result in session cancellation without a refund.
• The training schedule is subject to availability and may be rescheduled by the center if needed.

2. Training Rules & Regulations

• All trainees must follow the instructions of the trainer at all times.
• Reckless or careless driving during training is strictly prohibited.
• Trainees must wear appropriate safety gear and maintain discipline during training.
• Trainees must complete their course within the given time frame. Unfinished sessions will not be extended unless approved by the administration.

3. Vehicle Usage & Responsibility

• Trainees must handle training vehicles with care. Any intentional or careless damage to the vehicle will be the trainee’s responsibility.
• The driving center is not responsible for personal injuries caused due to non-compliance with safety instructions.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• All training fees must be paid in advance.
• No refunds will be issued once the training has started.
• Rescheduling a session is allowed only if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• If a trainee fails to complete their training within the scheduled time, they may need to re-enroll and pay additional fees.

5. Certification & Training Completion

• Trainees will receive a certificate of completion only after fulfilling all training requirements and passing the assessment.
• The training center does not guarantee passing the official driving test, as it depends on the performance of the trainee.

6. Code of Conduct

• Disruptive behavior, misconduct, or disrespect toward instructors or fellow trainees will lead to immediate suspension.
• The center reserves the right to terminate enrollment if a trainee violates these terms.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• RS Driving Training Center is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur during training sessions.
• Trainees participate at their own risk and are advised to follow all safety guidelines.

8. Policy Amendments

• The training center reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to trainees through official channels.
